How can I return or exchange my items?
If you have changed your mind and would like to return/ exchange your merchandise, Bloomingtails will gladly accept any unused, unwashed, or undamaged product within 10 days of the original purchase. Original tags must still be attached. Please read our ‘returns/ exchange policy’ in detail and contact our customer service at +91 7780804319 or support@bloomingtailsindia.com. Merchandise refunds will be made in the form of original payment only. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

What modes of payment do you accept?
Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI and NetBanking. Cash on Delivery is available for residents of Jammu, J&K.
How long does an order made online take to reach me?
Our processing time is 3-7 business days, depending on the items of your purchase. An additional 3-5 business days for delivery depending on your location. Orders can be tracked via ‘track my order’ on your orders page.
Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing the order, by connecting with us on support@bloomingtailsindia.com. Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the product has not been shipped by us. Cancellation is not applicable for any cakes / customised product. Once your custom order has been placed, you cannot cancel it.

Do you customise?
We do tailor our products to your needs and those of your pet, yes! We can have bandanas, shirts and blankets personalised with your pet’s name or a phrase. For weddings and special occasions, we can design our kurtas, sherwanis and all items from our Jashn collection to match the hooman and steal the limelight.
How many days after I buy something can I return it?
Please make sure that you raise an exchange request within 10 days of the product delivery.
Are your beds washable?
Our beds come with removable, machine-washable covers that can be taken off and laundered. To guarantee that your dog never goes without a bed when the cover is being washed, you can get separate bed covers.
