We at Bloomingtails provide PAN India shipping for all items listed on the website.

Shipping cost depends on the area the order is to be delivered.

  • Our processing time is 3-5 business days.
  • Processing time for our Jashn collection is 5-7 business days.
  • All customised products that are made-to-order have dynamic shipping time frames, as communicated to you personally. The duration of shipment for these products may vary depending on the availability of raw materials.
  • The DTDC site quotes but does not guarantee, 3-5 business days for domestic delivery.
  • For cakes and other baked items, please order 48hrs prior to the date of delivery.
  • We offer free shipping on all orders (except cakes) above ₹2000.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup in Jammu is available Monday – Sunday, 10 am – 7 pm. A message will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please call or drop in a message prior to pickup.

Please note, we only provide pickups for cakes and other baked items. Do let us know in case you would like to arrange for a delivery of the same (local delivery charges apply).

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order is shipped you will be sent an email confirmation which will include an order number and must be used when enquiring about your order. Once dispatched and tracking details provided, Bloomingtails accepts no responsibility for delivery delays or loss of parcels. This must be pursued with the relevant shipping agent. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

When will I receive my order?

If you haven’t received your order within the said days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@bloomingtailsindia.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How do I return an item?

In case your items are eligible for returns/ exchanges (please refer to our ‘Returns/ Exchange policy for further details), you will be required to send in your items to the following address :

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
