Exchanges


In case your pet has an issue with the size/ fit of the product, we will gladly offer an exchange (provided subject to availability) or store credit within 10 days of receipt, should it meet the below requirements:

Proof of purchase must be provided.
All tags must be intact and attached.
Items eligible for exchange need to be in their original condition (unused, with all tags and packaging attached, free of odour, no marks/stains/rips/water damage/damage from misuse)

Email info about the product to support@bloomingtailsindia.com within 10 days of receiving the product with the subject line ‘Exchange request – order no.’.

Eligible items with size issues will be exchanged subject to the availability of the new size. You will be required to send in your return items to the following address :

Please note: Only shirts, jackets, kurtas, sherwani and bandh galas are eligible for exchange.

Returns And Refunds


Whilst we take pride in our high-quality products, each product is handmade and sometimes things can go awry during manufacturing. Should this be the case, we will be happy to offer a refund in form of store credit or exchange on the item. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at support@bloomingtailsindia.com with photos and a description of the faults before returning it to us for a refund or exchange. We will happily cover all shipping costs if an item is deemed faulty from our end. (Bloomingtails reserves the right to the final decision)

We will process your refund/store credit after we receive and inspect the returned products. The process will take up to 30 business days to complete.

If the product remains in a resalable condition, we will issue the reimbursement for the amount you paid for the products (excluding the shipping cost, which cannot be credited). Please note that returned products that are damaged, used or not in their original packaging or condition will not be accepted.

Other Issues

If you encounter any other issues with or reactions to our products, please provide details via email at support@bloomingtailsindia.com and our customer service team will get to you at once. Except as outlined in this policy, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for dissatisfaction with our products.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing the order, by connecting with us at support@bloomingtailsindia.com. Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the product has not been shipped by us.

Cancellation is not applicable for any cakes / customised products. Once your custom order has been placed, you cannot cancel it.
